Stopped for lunch at 10:15, Service was 5 stars!!! Unfortunately the fried rice was mushy and orange chicken lacked the classic Panda flavor. Maybe recipes changed or they were having an off day 🤔 either way Service was above par!

The Panda doesn't taste like Panda here. I don't know what's been going on, but this location's food hasn't been the same for awhile now. This was my last try there. I still LOVE Panda though, so I'll just go the one a lil farther away that follows the recipes correctly. It'll be worth it....

It got a single star because I got in and out of line very quickly. Never have I ever gotten panda THIS bad. I always order the honey walnut shrimp and EVERY SINGLE PIECE was over cooked, cold, and OLD. It had to have been sitting in the heat case at least an hour or more. Couldn’t even taste the sauce. All of the breading was mush and peeling off. I’m disgusted that I was served this mediocre meal I get extra charged for eating the shrimp. I should receive fresh food. I would have no problem waiting for a fresh serving. The noodles are also stale and flavorless.

Before I ordered I waited about 5 minutes for them to tell the person in front of me why he ordered wrong online. I ordered half chow mein half super greens with double honey sesame and orange chicken also. They made that order correct and I watched them make it. Got back to work and opened up to all chow mein, one entree in the plate and honey sesame on the side. Don’t know where my order went or how they gave me the wrong one, but I also ended up paying $2.50 extra as I ordered a bigger plate and only ended up with the smaller portion. There’s too much going on with too little direction to make sure orders are correct.

Safety glass, distancing, no eating in, drive thru and take out only, gloves, and sanitizer available.

Please tell me why you cannot give people noodles when you give chow mien... why is it all cabbage and celery?

The noodles are thin and fall right through the tongs and the cabbage/celery are bulky to get caught
