So far my experience has been good, not very busy on weekdays but they'll still have you wait for your food after and it could be a little bit of food and it'll still take about 8-10 minutes so keep that in mind. Chicken was burnt last time I came here but every other experience has been good

Avoid this location I stopped in one day last week ordered a 3 pc combo with 3 drumsticks × 2 sides of mashed potatoes, of course the order was wrong when I got home. I let it go went again 2 days later sane order, get home and it's completely wrong again. So I called the store whoever I spoke with said I could return for correct order, I could not do that I was on my way to work. She said come I could come the next day. I went in the next day, and the GM refused to give me the corrected order, they actually made me pay for it. They were so rude to me as of I was lying or as if I had put them out. I live down the street used to come alot my kids love it, I will never come to this store again, I will drive across town Williams field.

Came in to grab a quick bite to eat and the food was great. My order took a bit to come out but the employees told me that my chicken was just dropped into the fryer, so I was more than happy to wait for fresh food. The employees were all happy and helpful. Inside wasn’t very busy but the drive thru picked up a bit and they seemed to handle it well. Great customer service!

First of all they seem to be trying and are stressed workers, maybe there needs to be better management. With that being said, service is slow, then our order was bumped, and we had to wait even longer. A 12 price meal should never cost as much as it does. This is the last time we go to a KFC. We ended up not getting the food because they forgot about us out in the parking lot and gave our bucket to someone else. Still waiting for the refund to hit our account 2 days later. Corporate is getting a call. We went to Canes instead, a better run company.
