We ordered the pepperoni cheese stuff pizza. It was so soggie and uneatable. We have ordered this before ( not from this store) and it was good. This pizza should not have even left the store, Will never order form this Papa John's again.

First time ordering at this Papa John's on Main St after moving from UT to AZ. We ordered a large Garden Fresh pizza w/$4 discount. Easily done online. :) Arrived promptly and HOT with PERFECTLY baked crust, lots of fresh veggies and yummy cheese! We will definitely be back!! Thank you, crew of Papa John's!

Terrible Customer Service. Rude management and employees. Charged me a delivery fee and then used a 3rd party to deliver the CONTACTLESS order. 3rd party did not know the unit number nor the gate code, and refused to listen to my instructions. I had to pick up my order from the the front gate. I got charged for Pick up and that was FAR FAR from CONTACTLESS! Pizza was cold. I have been trying to contact the management directly about my issue. I have called the store about 5 times since the terrible experience and have been hung up on every time. The folks who answer the phones were also not helpful and did not seem to care that I had a bad experience. Very apparent that the GM does not take their job seriously.

The last couple orders I ordered extra sauce so after I took survey they recognized it and fixed it. Pizza always freshly hot and very friendly delivery drivers!! Thanks for working during these hard times and keep up the good work!
