Very good law firm. Excellent customer service. I was involved in a construction accident and was injured where Attorney Daniel Milkos and Attorney Chelsea Horowitz represented me.

Attorney Jonathan Urena is the best. He will travel between queens, bk, and long island just to help win his case. Not many attorneys put in much effort into their cases. When it comes to him however, he will really get to know you and your family. He will calmly answer any questions or concerns, and sympathizes with your for your accident. Great professional, highly recommend.

Medical malpractice case involves professional negligence and as such is governed by negligence statue limitations. However in medical malpractice cases there is a special statue limitations which is 2 1/2 years from the incident complained of. There are exceptions and loopholes which may extend the time to bring such a case. One such extension is the doctrine of continuous treatment. There are others which may be applicable but require a legal analysis of the facts of your case. Please consult with an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice cases as soon you think you may have a case.
