When a client signs up with our firm, we have a system in place whereby we will call the clients after 30 days and then approximately 45 days after that to check in on their treatment and to see if they need any assistance from our office. After that point and when the case goes into suit, we will follow up with case updates once they occur in that person’s lawsuit.
