The straight answer is yes – you can fire your current personal injury attorney. You can let them go for any reason or for no reason at all. But think long and hard before you make that decision. A statute of limitations puts a time limit on filing a lawsuit. This time clock usually begins to run on the date of the incident for which you are seeking damages for your injuries.
