The staff here is definitely doing the best they can. Problems are, most BK's in the valley are now like this. If y'all can't keep up with servicing the public in a timely manner, ya may need to just close your restaurants. At least until y'all can staff your facilities properly. ~J.C.

They don't even desirve a one stare . Every time I come to this location there is always something wrong or there doors are always closed so then its drive thru only. They never get my order right or they add things to my order that I never asked for. The staff are always rude or have a bad attitude . One day i pulled in and 2 workers where out there smokeing weed . DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION . Also there food always taest old very old.

Always impressed with the staff here they work well together and provide great customer service. This is my first #impossible #whopper it was okay added a few onion rings to help it along lol... But over all #worthit Im full. And it's the #keepitrealmeals for me.

Forgot the cream for my coffee today, whatever. Usually I go to the McDonalds across the street but I had a coupon so I stopped in here. Not mad at my food but the service here is touch and go. Sometimes they’re rude, sometimes they’re nice. I really only care if my crossanwich is warm and my coffee is fresh. Or, that they gave me enough sauce for my chicken fries. Again, I usually only come here if I have a coupon and I’m tight on cash.
