Went there last week and ordered a Family Deal(coupon) and was informed by the person working the register that they refuse to make it as they only had one worker working the grill. If i had ordered 4 separate meals to feed my family would they have refused that as well. Went down the road to another location where they were glad to provide exceptional service.

Had the worst experience at this location, ever. I know there is a worker shortage but, no excuse for this. The employee was putting catsup packets into a container and ignored me until she finished. When she took my order, finally, she proceeded to short change me. No apology. The food was not hot. Will not be returning.

While Burger King restaurants are ubiquitous, this location have friendly and attentive employees. It is easy to order online and pick up at the store. They have mastered the e-commerce experience, and the order process is simple and effective. I want to recognize Manny, he is one of the hardest workers I have seen, and he will serve you with a smile and a winning attitude. I plan to continue supporting this restaurant.

Weekend Warrior

Went there on 12/3 Friday night to pick up a one Whopper (no other items) with lettuce, Mayo, ketchup, mustard, tomato, went through the drive through, got home and this is what I received. Bun, patty, and a dab of mustard🥺. Simple order gone wrong. Check your order before leaving.
