As far as I know you will need a Delaware Learners Permit to practice driving. Safe Driving will pick you up and you can use their car to take the Driving Test and practice driving. The amount varies based on how long the lesson is. Please call for more exact information. I highly recommend Safe Driving .

I think 75 dollora an no it helps you learn driving very well so you need your own permit and they have their own car for you to ride so ask them if you need a permit because sometimes you dont have to have one.
