My Aunt was very pleased with the whole staff who took care of her at St Francis Hospital this week. They were attentive and took great care of her. She is 74 so she wanted me to write the review. Thank you everyone at St Francis for such fast, quality care.

Ridiculous medical advice and treatment. I presented to the ER a chronic condition causing one leg and foot to bloat 2x normal size, and after I tripped up a curb trying to walk with a numb foot and sprained the ankle even worse. Both ER and podiatrist palpated the area, both agreed I have chronic cysts. Only one X-ray taken and sent away with a rigid brace that caused my leg and toes to go purple within 2 hours. But no MRI even though I requested it from both the ER and podiatrist. I’ve seen better run dog kennels! …and their website advertises 58 minutes maximum wait in ER, I’ve been here almost 2 hours… nothing! There are dozens of complaints referencing the same scenarios from at least a year ago, someone posts the Administration phone number in a terse reply, but no one ever answered that number. I asked for a patient advocate they said no keep calling. #DoBetterPLEASE

No one listens, my Dr said go to er and tell them to call . 5 hrs later I'm in the back after triage Dr said what brings u in ? I said no one told u my room is waiting my Dr said call? He said no one sec ...left came back AND now I can get worked on . I told them I'm severely nauseous and they put me in a room with a person who can eat and it's mkg me sicker. Last time will I never EVER come back I'm sitting in a hallways in a gown until they come get this food tray. ASK FOR A CHARGE NURDE TO MOVE ROOM ..Still her 30 min later in hall ..poor poor servixe
