Update, went back two days ago making it 5 times I’ve been up there politely patiently asking for help and food benefits. I applied in July and they are very aware of that. They told me to get me out the office my 10 year old and I will have food benefits on Friday the latest Saturday. Lied to me. I’m sending letters to governors, and looking up names as I type this. I’m no longer going to communicate with the office. I begged for a new case worker and they told me I can’t have a new one. At the past location they let me have a different worker. I’m also contacting another location so their supervisor can be aware that I am being ignored in regards to food benefits. I haven’t received a paycheck in 3 weeks. Imagine my kitchen. My son is hungry and I’m no longer being nice. Fire everyone. Don’t fire the lady who was transferred there from Green St, she legitimately cares about people. The other people though, something wicked in them to lie to someone especially a single mother about food stamps. I pray God blesses me financially so I never have to go through this dehumanizing experience again.

Oh boy! I came here for a Covid test! I've been here before for that same reason! I was positive for the last two tests! I hope I'm negative this time! The staff was very nice! The facility looked exactly like a facility! You could go there too.

Depends on their mood 😂 but you can have a worker send them an email and pick up the next day. Or order one through mail which will take long.
They will only help if you have Cash Assistance from the State or you have a work exemption form from the doctor stating you can't work. This allows them to put you on cash assistance to qualify for a hotel VOUCHER
