We began encountering air conditioning problems in early July. We called a company to come and check our air conditioning and they did. That company had no interest or desire to do anything except to try and force us to replace our two condenser units AND furnaces. Thank goodness we heard about Brandywine Heating And Air! Brandywine Heating And Air was so accommodating especially since we live in Chester County.They came to our house and did a thorough check of everything related to the air conditioning to ensure the only solution was to replace our two condenser units.The service manager, Abe, also came to our house to do one more check before we proceeded with the purchase of the units. We were able to get on their schedule and have the professional installation of the units take place very quickly. We even received a follow up call on the same day as the installation from Abe to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I can’t say enough about Brandywine Heating And Air! All of the employees were very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you Abe and crew for all of your hard work! We really appreciate it!

UPDATE: Without any mention of this review, the service coordinator "Abe" contacted me and offered to do the work requested for free to make up for my inconvenience. I reluctantly accepted. He came when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the work requested in a reasonable time and left - all without any mention of this review. Yes. When they come, they are great - highly recommended. They just need to workout their logistics and get a new answering service. I will most-likely use them for the same service in the future. ------- I made and confirmed appointment for furnace tune-up. I took time off work to be here. I started calling about 20 minutes after the appointment time to find out where they were. No one could tell me anything. Finally, over an hour after the appointment time, I was told they could come at 10 the next morning. About 10:15 I started calling to only reach their answering service. I never received a call regarding the appointment. Finally, about 11:30, I cancelled the appointment. Now, I have to take more time off work for another company. Extremely poor customer service. It's like they don't care if they lose customers. I highly recommend you seek service elsewhere.
