Not sure but definitely more than 20 years old. Id guess around 30 or more. If you call I'm fairly certain they should know. I recommend the other resort around the corner. Much nicer.
Still building more now, actually. They're just made to blend with the old style. I like it. Less kids here, which makes it quieter than if we were surrounded.
I believe the older units are from the 80's
They have a newer section as well that is about 5 years old. Very nice.
