I would definitely stay here again. The grounds of the hotel were very pretty, it was in quick driving distance to a ton of restaurants, a movie theater, Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and miniature golf. The room we got was a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed and sheets were excellent. The room was very clean and came with everything we needed, including some detergent to use the on site laundry and the dishwasher in the suite. And though they did ask us to sit through a timeshare presentation, when we declined, that was that. My only complaint was that our suite was adjoined with the suite next to us, which held people we didn't know, via a connecting door. The 2 suites were connected via the bedroom, which was awkward. We could see light coming in under the connecting door and hear the people next door laughing and talking. I wish the connecting door would have been in the living room area: it would have felt less uncomfortable. **Would like to clarify that we DID have an excellent experience. I would 100% return to this hotel.

Pool, nice grills and close to Amusement Parks. I liked the kitchens and that they come stocked with kitchen supplies. I think the thing that keeps this resort from more than 3 starts are the bathroom doors don't lend to good privacy. We had sliding doors that continually opened in their own π³ and the TVs are outdated without streaming. No one watches cable anymore. We ended up streaming on our laptops rather than using the TVs when we wanted to watch a movie.

Next time im staying for a week. Definitely will be returning! Property was very clean quiet family oriented. The pool and activities were amazing. They have their own fire pits and amazing grill areas for all individuals staying on Property. I love VA especially my stay here! Book here! Especially if you have children!

Positive: The superb bed linens and the bed - like a five star hotel; the kitchen ware (pots/pans/dishes, etc.), easy parking, the pleasant grounds and entrance with pond and fountains, the welcoming staff. Negative: There was a vague smell of mold and possibly cat pee in the entrance to the house. I could clearly hear my neighbors and smell their cooking quite strongly. It would be nice if they gave you creamers for coffee. The room coffee was so so.

Colonial Williamsburg suits the walker! No need for a tour bus!
It usually consists of a mini fridge, apartment size stove, and a coffee maker. It does not typically have a dishwasher.
Call the number on the bill or check the website that is said on the bill
Nope but there's a Denny's and a Cracker barrel within a 5 minutes drive away
Often you may be able to check in early, but do not count on it. The staff is friendly and there 24/7.
They have Cuisinart loose coffee makers the check in office will provide you with a quality rain forest brand that's in packets measured for that coffee maker. There's always a packet in your suite they have additional packets as you need them. You can use your own coffee measuring the correct amount maybe a challenge.
Not sure but definitely more than 20 years old. Id guess around 30 or more. If you call I'm fairly certain they should know. I recommend the other resort around the corner. Much nicer.
