if my MRI shows a curve in my neck, t 9-t12 bulging and herniated and L2 off center- are the doctors open minded about opiates for pain management / spinal specialists open to prescribing narcotics ?

Yes they are as well as possible injections. My neck and back has had injections and I get my pain meds every month.
