Yes just need drivers license. But helpful if you fil out the online application prior to arrival. Once your there, take about 5 to 6 minutes. I'm sure you can probably fill out an application on site as well. We were married on a Sunday and official certificate for ours was available on Tuesday.
No you need to apply first for the married business license, $102.00 cash or pay with a card with a fee, and then get married after 10 day you can pick up the real certificate Open 7 days a week opens i think at 8am until 12 at night every day both have to be present
