I wish I could provide 0 stars. I applied for my business license in October 2021, and it was pending until July 2022. After 5 follow-ups, they finally called and emailed me at the same time--just once each--and then claimed "I have called and emailed your contact information numerous times with no response," despite having not replied to my questions for months. The process here in Clark County is unnecessarily tedious. They also nickel and dime with nonsensical fees. Clark County Business License is the worst government department I've ever known, and for the employees with whom I was in contact, they were horribly unhelpful.

Very unorganized, applying for a business license for used car dealership and they lost my packet information including my social security and my bank statements. They told me that 2 months later into me submitting the packet. They lack communication and when you call your agent they never answer or reply to emails.

Yes or the DMV
There are few expenses to get business license. For some things you'll need cash or check.
For everything... State license, city license, tax and irs number employee
If its 49 cc you can go to the dmv with the title or bill of sale get the vin checked and then pay 60 dollars and youre good to go
If you have applied already it usually takes three weeks depending on the cases. If you need to apply some other permits before bl it is a different story. May take more than a month.
If its no money then there is no business. Maybe a permit is more realistic
Depends upon the licensing requirements
Yes this is where you can apply for the County Liceeense, 3rd floor. The State license can be done online or in person
You take it in person.... you could probably mail it to the CCBL division but you'll have to show proof of id in person probably
If its about someone elses license, I dont think they will be able to give you any info about it, but you can try by calling them and asking.
You have to get the state one 1st and usually based on revenue or projected revenue.
Yes you do One from the State and one from the county
