Judge Dee Butler is a black woman who is prejudice towards black women, she doesn’t follow the book at all, and make decisions based on her position of power, she is for Dads regardless of them not being able to properly take care of the minor child her decision making is horrible, she takes everything as a joke and it’s sad to see a black woman bash another black woman and question another black woman ability to care for a child that has always been in her mothers care, Dee Butler has 3 children 1 son, and 2 girls, she had to sacrifice going to school so her children can have a better future, but to sit and act like she didn’t have to sacrifice is sad.. now a child is suffering in the Care of someone who is not properly fit all cause she wants to give a chance to someone who had millions of chances, she is horrible she is not for the better interest of the child, she is for whatever makes her look good as a judge even if it’s a mistake deep down in her heart. God does not like ugly, and all this will come back around on all parties. Mothers specially if you are black this woman will not look at you as a good mothers no matter the evidence, photos, nothing showing that you are a proper fit for the child, she will choose the parent who is a gang member, no income, no type of proof showing that they’ve been the main caregiver she is for FATHERS regardless of the background.. family law is for what’s in the best interest of the child not power… because she is new and only wants jurisdiction to make herself look good. Now a child is suffering both mentally and emotionally behind a greedy black judge who could careless about the children. God will turn her greediness around! Just watch. God does not like ugly.. the petitioner and the attorneys are all going to feel GODS WRATH… Cause it’s Some things you just don’t do in the eyes of the lord. Dee Butler is a black woman who is so deeply wants to be accepted by the court system so much that she make horrible decisions no matter the other persons lies and background. If you are a woman be sure to switch judges immediately

all you do is walk in to the family court over to the window take a number when they call your number tell them you want a copy , its $3.00 i think its a few dollars more if you request a raised seal i have raised in mine so law enforcement can enforce the child custody part if needed. with out that raised seal they won't. also you can get the flash drive for $12.00 its a full video of your court proceedings
On 1/20 I filed the court orders for the Judge to sign and she did that very day. Couldn't believe it happened that fast but it did. However, I didn't file for electronic service so had to request certified copies that took about a week-ish to receive. Also note a fee waiver does not cover copies of documents.

If you go to the "self-help" there are really nice people who can answer your questions and help you fill out and file everything. I've never had to wait very long to get help this way and all my questions have been answered. The employees are so friendly and are understanding.
You don't need an appointment to pick them up from the self help center. If you want to pick them up. You will have to wait outside to be called. However if you print them up you can go straight to the Information desk and get a number to file.
Might wanna check w an attorney especially if child protective services, supervised visits, drug tests any 3rd party are involved

If you file online, then yes you would pay online. If you file in person you must pay in person.
Last ticket is given at 4 pm unless you want Self help, their last ticket is at 340
