all you do is walk in to the family court over to the window take a number when they call your number tell them you want a copy , its $3.00 i think its a few dollars more if you request a raised seal i have raised in mine so law enforcement can enforce the child custody part if needed. with out that raised seal they won't. also you can get the flash drive for $12.00 its a full video of your court proceedings

Sad to see no one has answered your question and 3 months have gone by!! I need the exact same question answered! My divorce was signed off by the judge sept 16 2019 but I have no contact with my ex and we live on opposite sides of the world. I cannot get the phone answered at the courts without an open case number, and my case is closed. Only one decree was issued, he has it, but I desperately need to contact the courts to get a PDF version emailed to me as I am re marrying next year. PLEASE someone help us!!!

Posting for a friend. Whose currently on hold with vital records still trying to reach and receive emailed copy of divorce decree. How can this be accomplished quick and easily? Out of state in person is impossible and postal service will be to slow now. Must provide for trust fund account management through employer, immediately!?!? Extremely important!?!?!?

I have exactly the same question, and I see that there are two questions and mine three, and until now there is no answer. Please someone to answer us. My divorce was finalized and signed by the count June 3, 2019, I would like to get a copy of the filed decree, where should I go?

I'm sure that the reason for the delay is due to the shutdown of businesses and the Courts because of the Pandemic, which caused a significant backlog of documents that need ti be signed by the Judge and filed. Once your Attorney receives the Final Decree, a copy will be sent to you. You can also check the Family Court website to see if it has been signed and filed as well; just remember that the shutdown due to the Pandemic earlier this year is probably the reason for things taking a longer time than usual to process

Go to Clark county family court, 601 n. Pecos and get a copy. Sadly, the court mad a mistake in my address and sent mine somewhere else. So I have to go get a copy.
