We went to Court House first, got the papers, then went to Chapel of Crystals. Very easy, no ceremony. And they provided everything else you needed(i.e. witness, officiant, etc.)
They should most courts do. But I'm not 100% sure call them. I'm sorry I couldn't help more.
One of the ceremonies need to be legal(with a marriage license) and the other could be just a ceremony for fun (no license).
