It is not open to the public. However, you can get to see what the World Bank and IMF do at the Information Center one block away on Pennsylvania Avenue. You could even buy their publications.

No. You may need to pre arrange a visit, even then as a private citizen it would be pretty difficult to get approved.

There is a World Bank public information center or museum of sorts, located on 18th and Pennsylvania Av. which is open to the public.
