No communication. What is the point of going to the BBB of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania if I get no feedback on my case from the BBB. I ended up just canceling the complaint, because the lack of communication was the same level of inconsideration I was getting from the business I had an issue with.

I bought some body cream from "House of Beauty" on the internet and they sent me very rancid, old and moldy shea butter. It was disgusting. They will not give me a refund or an exchange and will not write me back saying how they will address this issue. They are a scam. I called the Better Business Bureau but they never answers their phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This 'organization' is anything but organized. Such a fragmented mess, it's almost unbelievable. They seem so devoid of common sense at some of the most obvious points, regularly excluding relevant info from emails.
