You wasted a year of my time, first lying about not being able to gain access to my C-file, then suggesting that I request a copy of my C-file on my own, then cancelling the records request for my C-file, then without an explanation, lied by saying you in fact had a copy of my C-file, and after CAREFUL review, aren't able to assist me! Your organization is nothing more than a SHAM and like the many other organizations who prey on veterans, you two will be exposed publicly and shut down! I assure you that you have messed over the wrong veteran!
