I’ve been here over 8 years now in a few different units. This is a large family park with a playground, a river along one side, and freshly paved streets. I’ve never had an issue with management, and I’m glad for the improvements made in more recent years.

They hired contractors to fix the lights. They dug up the yard including path to front door. They left huge ruts, rocks and uneven terrain. After several months of complaining to management they refuse to fix the situation. If the tenant wasn't disabled they would fix it themselves, but they can't. So now they have a hazard where they can't walk to the curb without possibly tripping. The yard looks horrible and is dangerous and management has been notified and doesn't care. Neglectful management means I highly recommend not renting here!

Management thinks they are better than their tenants. They don't care about the residents like they say they do. They play favorites between others and even have them spy on the neighbors. Using videos pointed at their home invading personal space.

We bought a home here about a year ago. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have not had any issues with my neighbors aside from one yappy dog. It's been a great experience so far
