Please be sure to add a review if you have a false charge on your record from SC Fremont. I'm hearing this is happening to a lot of people lately. The culprit could be the parties that were in charge of converting their records system from paper to electronic in 2014. If we have to pay an attorney to clear this up, WE WILL BE SUING FOR DAMAGES.

Absolutely terrible got a citation in the mail never got notice in person. Then the notice in mail was late when received. Couldn't even talk to clerk in person. It's all done by drop box

Is this to go to Walk In Court? The court is open from 8am-3pm monday thru Friday. Walk In Court is Monday's through Fridays no Tuesdays and No Holidays in Fremont. It is recommended to be in line out front at least an hour before the court opens
Because sega dreamcast was thinking and it did it ahead and set up the match Sept 9
Talk to (or call) the clerks on the first floor.
You can call the clerk and you'll have to pay the ticket in full before doing so usually pay it and schedule traffic school at the same time.
Yes you should be able to look up your case by your last name
You will have to go to Hayward Courthouse as Fremont only Has Criminal and Traffic
Ninety days from the day you pay your fine ( and you need to make sure that both the DMV and the court receive the proof that you attended).
Almost 600 close to 575
On whst?
Court is public. No one checks ID to get in. The security check only deals with weapons. You remove all metal to get through screening. Just like weapons screening at an airport but not necessary to present ID

Parking tickets cannot be paid with community hours. Payment must be made directly to an office in Los Angeles.
Yes
You do not get to choose to do time instead of paying the fine. Instead, there's a court payment plan, or you can choose to have the court lower the fine if you're having financial difficulties. But if you choose to ignore the fine, the court will slap an extra $310 civil assessment.
Wow. You have to ask a lawyer to get sound advice
Just let them know about your change of name. If you got a CA driver's license, the DMV reports all names on fresh lists every year.
Actually, no. Small Claims is located in the Hayward Hall of Justice.
Traffic tickets can be searched for, on the Fremont Superior Court website, by docket #, citation #, or driver's license #
You would have to schedule it
