I'm needing to know about a email I got from & it's saying that you are aware of the paperwork and money I have coming & you have it hold up for some paperwork needed done & fee's I got to pay I need some help to get approved so I can get this done;

It is definitely a scam. Delete that email and just forget about it.

That isn't the World Bank saying that it's a scam don't respond to that email if anything they would send you a letter not a email

It's from Indonesia Bank , BCA Bank ; I like to know if the Documents can be verify : Bye your bank or were to go & get proof
