The World Bank works towards alleviation of poverty through development of human capital, protection of the environment and improving lives through social measures that include all stakeholders. The entire process is transparent and well publicized to every stakeholder.
Both are subject to taxes depending on how much they are and then you have to pay fees for getting them which doesn't help matters either
