When no races are happening, is the track open to tour, or walk around? I know about the bus ride on the track, but I mean something a little less formal. Thanks!

Its $35 dollars for the Drive the Glen. When I went the guide let us do 4 laps and no cap on speed.

Not that I'm aware of. They have other events there besides racing such as The wine festival and the beer festival. Also times when you can drive the track. Actually the track is so big it would take forever to walk with not much to see without vendors etc

Thanks everyone 😊 I’ve been to the Glen on non-race days years and years ago. We would go in and just kind of wander around. I’ll be with a friend who’s never been and we really just want to go in and take a peek at the track so he can say he’s been to The Glen 😉

Lots of things to do.....make sure you have money cause they all will cost something different

Most days at noon and again 5pm they do a driving on track ... 3 laps plus a stop at start finish. Track is rented from April to November by groups for driving schools. For the major events it's a whole area may be hard to get near.

Ask questions at the gate. The help there will let you know where you can go if you just want to drive in and sit on the grand stands.
