I don't feel like mental health is truly taken seriously here. They don't listen to you or make you feel heard. If able I recommend a different mental health facility.

I highly recommend this team of Dr. Nurses Therapists and the like. Even the gals in the window go above and beyond for everyone. This place has saved me more than once. I've been a patient since 1994 If you need help this is who to call they really do care.

Liz is by far the worst social worker in this building. She has zero understanding of children and their mindset. She ignores parental concerns and passes off her incompetence onto her bosses. She makes up things to write in her notes to cover up her ignorance. She doesn’t care about the well-being of patients and makes that very obvious. I think she’s only there for a paycheck, because she can’t help anyone- she only makes kids feel bad about themselves. Schuyler County should fire her for her inability to perform the duties required of her job. Last I knew, social workers had an oath to uphold- she clearly forgot about that, or just doesn’t care.
