As long as it in the tred part of the tire and not to big yes. If its anywhere even close to the side wall you should replace the tire. Very dangerous. If you car is AWD you will need to replace all four tires or risk damaging you rear end or transfer case. Which will not be covered under the warranty because you only did one tire. All AWD vehicles need full tire replacement when changing seasonal or worn out tires.
