As long as it in the tred part of the tire and not to big yes. If its anywhere even close to the side wall you should replace the tire. Very dangerous. If you car is AWD you will need to replace all four tires or risk damaging you rear end or transfer case. Which will not be covered under the warranty because you only did one tire. All AWD vehicles need full tire replacement when changing seasonal or worn out tires.

You may need proof of ownership for them to obtain and provide a lug nut key, but they can definitely get it off once they have the VIN.

It's very likely they can remove the lock. I suggest calling ahead to get a estimate based on the job description.

If it's an Oem bolt I'm sure they can remove it. They can mint any part of the built in security for Hondas.
