Great question, Ellie! You do NOT need an appointment for an oil change. We service all makes & models and our Express Lane service will have you in & out fast. We also perform a complimentary multi-point check-up while you are here just to make sure your ride is in great condition.
No, they have limited amount of loaners if they are servicing your vehicle.
Chris - you can always schedule service or chat with them from DoanDodge.com. Many in service also text. I’m sure it was just a fluke.
Our team is going to need to see the vehicle and determine what the actual issue is. It is difficult to say exactly what is involved until we get the vehicle inside the shop.
Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose the vehicle without seeing it first. Without the diagnosis, we don’t know if it’s a bad switch, bad motor, etc. The current diagnostic fee is $104.
