There are no designated swim areas. You can always swim in the lake, but at your own risk.
No. There is no safe entry point, plus there are occasionally undertows
From the state park there is no entry. If you travel down the road to where the boat launch is you can find places to go in. You swim at your own risk. I have been swimming this lake for 40 years. I warn you to be very careful as there is an undertow and water conditions can change quickly.
Though there is no designated swimming areas, at the east end of the boat launch there is a spot right at end of grassy area you can enter and there is a bit of a beach. Ive taken my family and dogs there to cool off.
Swimming is not permitted. Shoreline is not condusive to safe lake access.
