I recently purchased a phone from a sale, every time I try to set it up with Google it tells me there was a factory reset and won't allow me to sign in to Google and complete the start of operations. I've waited the 24 hours like the prompt said.

When ever I have a question about my phone I always call 611 or the store of there open but information has always been so helpful for me they've hooked speakers up to my phone all while I was still on it they were great.
