New upgrade made this institution not user friendly for small business owners by removing our access on our app to freely move cash between our business and personal accounts. Solution, even though these guys have gotten so large they can't cater to us any longer their competition doesn't mind. Close all your accounts like I plan to do and move them to Summit Ridge Credit Union off of Woods Chapel and 291.

I like the bank but their ATMs have been trash the last couple years. They either take 1,000 years or they just don't work. I would think they would have it figured it out by now. Maybe don't give us our profit sharing and use that money to fix the ATM's.

the maximum that the machine will dispense at a single time is 1500. however, the bank that owns your card, if they have a withdrawal limit, that will take precedence. CACU can also temporarily increase your limit if you need, or you can visit the girls inside and they'll hook you up.
