Went to this location months ago for 2 new Samsung Galaxy z fold phones & accessories. Phones weren't in stock & waited weeks for them to be mailed. My card was only charged for half of my order when the phones finally arrived. I called the 800 number to have it fixed & they said everything was correct. I went back in to the store to get it fixed & they said I was charged for everything. Then the bill comes. They only charged me for half of my order & put the rest on payment plan. Both phones were clearly stated to be paid in cash from the beginning of our encounter. Lack of attention to detail at this store. I don't plan to purchase here again. I took my phone in to this store to have the screen protector put on properly. Waste of time & gas. The guy messed it up twice, but only tried to fix it once. He left a bubble on the corner that was already peeling when I walked out of the store. Very disappointed with my first 3 experiences in this store. I don't plan to use this location in the future.
