I went in to AT&T because of problems with my previous carrier, just shopping around. I got Mack Crowley as my sales guy. He was personable, and I decided to make the switch. During the 1.5 hours of trying to port my number from a carrier that was making it impossible, I would recommend Mack to anyone; he never got upset or impatient because I really wanted to keep my old phone number; he was persistent with the carrier and I’m sure would have continued the fight with them to keep my number had I not thrown in the towel. Thank you, Mack, for top-notch customer care!!!

Why does the AT&T store rep feel that they need to hover around me as I try to decide which phone I want? No wonder I like to so online.

Warning!! Do not ship at an affiliate store, only shop at corporate stores of any company if you must go into a store. Affiliates cannot even pull up your account information to help you. I too worked for one, T-Mobile. Amazon is a great idea. Good luck
