Blue springs store has the worst customer service! Went to this store to purchase two new phones and start a four line service but was completely ignored by every employee there. Stood in line for forty minutes while the employee's helped two customers that walked in after we did. When we finally talked to an employee we were asked if we signed in and since we weren't we were completely blown off. I really think corporate needs to re-evaluate the employee situation at this store!

1st of all they take your phone and go behind a wall I don't like that They don't really even know what's wrong with the phone before they go behind the wall Then it takes 2 or 3 to figure out how to do it so they gotta go behind the wall again well again really They need more attendance in there sometimes it takes 2 and 3 people to take care of one phone You need more people so that you don't have people standing around waiting like in A-line to get help People want to get in and get out I spent 2 hours up there one day waiting to get waited on and they checked people coming in the door because there was nobody at the door to take their name and number ever so they could be next in line And they would take people walking in the door store before me and I was there for hours uncalled for I hate going in there

Restaurant isn't open yet. It's formally Poncho's of 40hwy that recently closed down. Not sure of opening date.
