Thanks for your comment, José. We apologize for the disappointment you are feeling. There were some reasons why we turned off the inflatables at 7:00. The first is because your party was going to eat after jumping. Our general policy is that we do not want anyone jumping on inflatables after eating because it is not good for them or our team. Also, on that particular night, our Open Play hours ended at 7:00. However, if you remember, once we learned that you were not happy with the closing of the inflatables at 7:00, we turned them on again until your party ended at 7:45. We understand if you are still frustrated. But we hope our explanation will clarify what happened to you.
They seem very limited on what they can do for a kids party. I'm assuming this was for a kid. I would hope they at least had fun. Our Grand Daughter picked this place. And all the kids had a blast. But they do clean up the party rooms a little to fast and put all the stuff on a cart in plain site. Personally we're much happier with a party around the corner at play and spin.
