Thanks for your comment, José. We apologize for the disappointment you are feeling. There were some reasons why we turned off the inflatables at 7:00. The first is because your party was going to eat after jumping. Our general policy is that we do not want anyone jumping on inflatables after eating because it is not good for them or our team. Also, on that particular night, our Open Play hours ended at 7:00. However, if you remember, once we learned that you were not happy with the closing of the inflatables at 7:00, we turned them on again until your party ended at 7:45. We understand if you are still frustrated. But we hope our explanation will clarify what happened to you.

We wish we could open now. The state has not as yet authorizing us to re open. We are looking to re open on 10.2.20. Of course limited capacity, sanitizing, masks, etc.

Open play is $12 per child. There is no charge for adults or siblings under the age of 2 with a paid admission. There is no time limit, other then what that days closing time is. Generally children, and the adult(s) with them, last a couple of hours. Thanks for your interest in Jump Zone!
3 yrs. and older pay $10.65 all day access pass. Any other questions just ask I'm there every weekend with my 3 yr.old. It's fun...
Its open late on Fridays 4pm to 8pm and Saturdays 10am to 8pm.
