We had a horrible experience here. Our cabinets came to us in the wrong color. We sent pictures to Mike (CFO, whom we were working with) at the store and he said there was nothing they could do about it. They even sent out a carpenter who told us that the wood color would change to what we ordered in about 6 months time. Whoever heard of that? We finally went to the CEO of Bertch, that manufacturer of the cabinets. They notified the store that they were going to make things right by us. The people at the store developed an attitude with us for going over their heads. Bertch had new cabinets made for us in 2 weeks! This is a much longer story but I will save you the details, just know that we would never ever do business with this store again. They don't care about the customer and they don't stand behind their products.
