I've taken every license exam course from leasing to now managing broker here. I've taken all of my CE here. However, I strongly do not recommend anyone take their IL Managing Broker course here. The course will not prepare you whatsoever for the state test. I passed their class test easily. Then, I spent hours extra also watching their recommended exam smart videos for the state test. The amount of questions on the actual state test that this course never prepared you for was astounding. I feel completely ripped off and so under-prepared for the state exam. I chatted their support to also let them know. They literally told me it's because IDFPR changed their exam without letting anyone know - so therefore, they are taking your money for a state licensing exam that will not prepare you. I would look elsewhere if you are considering going for your managing broker license. What a rip off!

My MLS access got suspended by Chicago Realtor association because they have failed to report that I took all the courses and passed all the required tests. When I had registered for the courses with them this year, they did not send me my login information to access their web portal. I had to contact them separately in order to get my web access. It seems that they are getting lazy and do not care.

I absolutely love Real Estate Institute! I've taken my MLO ConEd Class with them for many years now! This year I thought I signed up with The Instructor Peter Citera who is Amazing But had the Instructor Tracy Caputo & I never thought I would say this, but she is actually just as good as Peter Citera!! :) They are so quick to provide you with your Certificate of Completion before the end of the next business day & they electronically submit it to NMLS. Amazing Speed!! I actually enjoyed all the class material. I rate them 5 Stars Plus :)

I love it. I was able to read the book and study and then do the test and then I went on line to complete the exam. They make it so easy. I will continue to use them for continuing education. I recommend it to anyone. Helen
