Don't bother Annie
It's the cheapest in the area. I've been here 5 years now. I haven't had too many issues with neighbors and the police station is around the corner so crime is almost none. My complaint with them is Maintenance!! They've had their ups and downs with the people who take care of the property. I love on the second floor and have had on going roof leaks since the day I moved in. Because the roofs are flat it's an issue. My lives here too and is in a downstairs unit and also has leaks from the apartment above her. You can get back ups in the kitchen faucet on the lower level as well. All in all it's a nice starter place to help save money but I wouldn't recommend here long term. Especially since everything runs off of electric and there's no laundry in unit. Hope this helps!
