Coming up on a year of living here and I love it! A one bedroom is plenty spacious for my boyfriend and I at a very affordable cost. The area is quiet (other than the occasional cows talking), and there is plenty of parking. Our washer and dryer is huge compared to the model we thought we were getting. The place could use some updating but I think its good for what you pay, especially since rent is crazy everywhere. The pool is very nice and the complex is a nice place to walk around on nice days. Staff is very friend with answering questions, and maintenance comes day of or day after with requests. It really surprised me how speedy they were with fixing out issues (thermostat issue). Rent is paid online and can be paid in advance. If you're splitting it with someone you can each pay your portion, which is convenient. I also like that it's cats only, after coming from an area where dogs would keep me up at night barking. The only downside is not having stores/shops/food close. It's always a 10 or 20 minute drive to the main area. Good delivery and take out places are rare, and there is very limited variety of places to choose from, which is a bummer. But at least the Walt Whitman bridge is close so a city commute is easy. Overall, I recommend it for anyone who is just starting out looking for their first apartment .

We found the apartment to be very comfortable. The neighbors have been friendly. The complex has been quite and peaceful. Way too over priced for what you get. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We lived in a two bedroom apt, couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The office tells you that your apt is updated and does not look like the model apt; when in fact it looks exactly like the model apt, VERY outdated for the price you pay. Bright yellow and pink toilets and showers, 1950s stove top and oven. NO drawer space in the kitchen at all. The windows too are outdated. When trying to open one in the spring time, the ENTIRE window fell out and since it was a weekend they couldn’t have anyone come out until Monday and even then they had to order a part which didn’t come in for a whole week. So we had to literally cover the window with a trash bag and hope the rain didn’t come in too bad. The flooring clearly isn’t installed properly because all types of bugs/insects crawl in from under the carpet. Spring/Summer you will CONSTANTLY have centipedes, silverfish, and spiders crawling up from under the carpet and find them all over the apt. The only good thing about the apt was the layout. Aside from that- We don’t recommend living there unless you don’t care having your old neighbors complain about every little thing YOU do including where you park because most of them have been living there for years and will complain if you steal “their spot” even though there is no assigned parking. Also if you don’t mind having your neighbors in all your business.

Amazing Smile

When I first moved in I had the large 1 bedroom apartment w/ utilities included. Loved it until the rent got too high. Transfered to a smaller apartment w/o utilities and hate the very high utility bill. And don't like the apartment either. Its too dark and too small. But that's what I excepted, no one's fault. The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is great. No one on the staff is an active drug addict. I've been here since 2012. The apartments do need a lot of updating, but they are nice to live in. I would recommend this place, but will make sure they get the one's with utilities included.
