I ended up paying $1.00 for a .40 print job because I chose to pay cash. The printers won't come on unless to scan a card that has $5.00 on it. I told the rep that I wanted to pay cash for the 2 page print job I needed. She told me I had to give her a dollar which she handed me a staples card. I figured I might as well use up the dollar and get 5 copies however it costs $1.01 and the printer says I don't have enough money to print. When I complained, the representative states I get to keep the card. I wasn't looking for a souvenir. Disappointed.

I went to this Staples location in search of a printer. Lovely lad named Jake or Jack I think helped me find my printer and Complimented my bow tie. :) He made my day and I left with a brand new Printer. Thank You Jake! 🖨!!

More trips to Staples over the years than I can count. Most of them at this location for the last ten years+. Todays trip was for few odds and ends, but mostly for a new chair mat in my home office. Not heavy, but awkward, cashier offered for me to leave it and drive around to the door so he could load it (declined, but a helpful offer). Always helpful and courteous, print jobs always handled perfectly and anything you could ever want (or never you know you needed until you saw it on the shelf! Great experience, they've earned my business over the years.

Outstanding Customer Service at the print & copy center. Folks are Super Helpful and Accommodating. (Scott is who worked on my printing project.) I will definitely do my printing and copying here in the future!
