I'm looking to have my water softener serviced but the lack of response to questions in this forum is not encouraging that Superior is a valid option.

I don't have time to spend on any review site, in fact I only do one other at all. Since this is one of the rare reviews I do, please take that into consideration along with response time, which can be months, if at all. I originally came into contact with Superior by way of their good reputation, close to two decades ago with our need for commercial deionized water. When I had need to replace a residential 4-5 ton AC condenser, my only reservation was cost. That was resolved very nicely with a seasonal sale at Costco. I knew Superior was doing the work and I was sold. A couple years later I needed another, slightly smaller one, and they got me scheduled quicker than I expected in the peak summer heat. I'm about to call them today on a furnace igniter with a bad low voltage connection. I service my own water distiller. I seem to handle everything in except the coils, so far. Otherwise I would have them do that too.

I just had my tankless water heater serviced and was very happy with the work and service. Saturday mornings are busy, sorry I couldn't answer before this.

They have a plumbing division. They installed 3 toilets for us and we were happy with their work.

I like them.
