I don't like to do to the Walmart visions, my daughter got her glasses there and they kept giving her head aches, they said it was her getting use to her new prescription but they never went away. Took her to another Dr and he said they were the wrong prescriptions. Now no more headaches.

I had an eye exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses 11 months ago. The doctor and everyone I spoke to confirmed that I could come back anytime to request a copy of my prescription. After speaking to the vision center today, I guess I feel more sad than angry. Indeed, the man explained to me: "I don't have to tell you that information and you should contact the doctor. But, he doesn't work here anymore. Here is his number...". I am taking my business elsewhere and whatever money you already got from me, that's your luck Walmart Vision Center.

Yes you would need an appointment. Call them and let them know your situation. Maybe they will do something.

Can I get an appointment today? I've been without vision for the weeks and I desperately need contacts. It's become a major safety hazard and it's made me extremely depressed and even suicidal. Please help me.

You can walk in and they'll help you! I have never had a bad experience with them. I went without contacts for a month and I feel you, it is tough, you're not alone!
