Scam Business. Claimed I had a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace. Threatened to lock out my furnace if I didn't replace it. Had another outfit inspect my furnace. No crack found. "What Is The Cracked Heat Exchanger Scam? The cracked heat exchanger scam is when a dishonest HVAC tech or contractor tells you the heat exchanger in your furnace is broken. It's leaking carbon monoxide, so they have to shut down the unit so only they or another HVAC company can turn it back on"

Manwill did an excellent job installing my toilet, but they charged me $405.08. The service techs were great, well mannered, clean, and friendly. The cost was just very high for a toilet installation that was ready to go. I would still use them.

Do you have a thermostat that is easier for seniors to read? Small black lettering on a dark blue background doesn't work well when trying to program/set.

Yes we do, If it is a 24v. system the thermostat we often use is a Non-programable, heat / cool thermostat with large numbers on a blue display. We have used it a couple times in the past if a customer has had a seeing impairment and the response has been great. Attached is a link to their website. https://pro1iaq.com/products/thermostats

What is the price range for a new toilet, and install that you charge? Possible brand choice being american standard.

We have a house with 3800 sq. feet now cooled by 2 old central air conditioners. One cools the top floor; a second unit cools the main floor and the basement. How big should each unit be for replacements?

How many square feet on the main floor (not including the basement) What direction does the house face? Double or Single pane windows? Any larger than normal windows? and if so, what direction do they face? How old is the house? (so I know what insulation is in the walls). Let me know and I'll help out.
