Does Whipple make it a common practice to try to sell and offer services not needed or required aka rip homeowners off? Is this a common sales tactic?

no. Whipple focused on the repair. They re definitely pricey though

No. They did point out things that I wasn't aware of that will help out and over the long haul save me money. Royal is my plumber!! He came in and finished a pre construction job that the plumber recommended by my contractor bailed on . I won't consider any one but Whipple

I haven’t had this happen with whipple. They’ve always been very professional with me.
