We bought a new furnace and AC unit from Just Right. If you care about your family, your time, or your home, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. FAMILY: When they installed our new furnace unit, they did not get the ventilation correct, or did not think to check that the ventilation was adequate. We therefore failed the City inspection because our furnace was not venting properly--putting our entire family at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. TIME: As a result of their failures, we have now had to schedule three (3!) separate city inspections as well as several follow up repairs by them. City inspections require you to be home for the entire day! Thus, getting this system fixed and approved has required me to waste nearly a week of my time--all due to the negligence of Just Right. HOUSE: On the day of the installation of our AC unit, they had to cut away part of our landscaping in order to fit the unit in the yard. This is something they should have told me about and considered when they came and measured and sold me the unit, but I was told nothing until the installers started cutting away our wooden retaining wall to fit the unit in place. There are lots of good companies out there. Don't make the same mistake with these guys that I did!

The ductwork doesn't necessarily have to be removed entirely. But the roof needs to be sealed, and the ducting into the house needs to be sealed.
We charge $69 to diagnose the issue, then the technician will give you an upfront price to make any repairs that are necessary.
