The technician was very honest and up front with what my options were. I love the feeling that they were telling me as it is and not just trying to get money out of me. They really wanted what was best and did not pressure in any way. Nice to know it was more about me than their bottom line. **4 years later and Whipple still is the best. Grady came and did a check-up on our furnace and made sure we were good to go on everything for winter. Love working with this company.

Currently we do have the elongated toilet for $299.
